Physical Therapy Treatment: Out of Network Insurance

This option is for patients who would like to use their insurance plans and get longer manual based quality treatments or needs a Sport Specific therapist that is not offered in standard Physical Therapy.

The patient will be responsible to submit a super bill which we will supply after each session.

We recommend each patient call their insurance and ask 2 questions:

1-What is the in-network vs out-of network deductible?

2-What is the percentage of reimbursement?

The insurance claims get on average 20-80% of your money back and you will get a reimbursement check directly to your house usually with in 2-3wks after submission.

This is a higher than standard experience, but still using insurance still.
